I have not heard of many
car haulers being shutdown. Actually I have not heard of any. This is good but according to
Fleetowner newsline online a New Jersey carrier is not so lucky. According to the publication, The FMCSA shut down the carrier for:
- Operating without the proper authority
- Operating trucks with serious mechanical defects
- Hours of service violations
- Driver qualification violations
