I dont know if this is just politics as usual in the state house or not. But economies cannot grow
if trucking is overwhelmed with costs and regulations. I would bet this will have a stimulus effect
so that more trucking companies are profitable enough to:

stay in business
move more freight

If products and services do not get delivered the economy does not move. I can tell you that if car hauler drivers cannot make a living cars wont be sold because they are not making it to the dealerships. Imagine this
for every product you buy?

I love the idea of this but 2 months seems kind of tight for a new truck buyer to resume normal payments. I guess the thinking is that since finance is the big hurdle the two months of $99 finance is like a bonus. I would be interested to say how well the program does Who knows maybe it will go industry wide someday...maybe even to car haulers. Though I currently see no plans in sight, I a can tell you that if someone offered aggressive finance and two months of $99 in the car hauler

industry on a Cottrell...the buyers would be lined up around the door.
